Album kaset "Adult Contemporary Charts 7" ini pernah diproduksi oleh Aquarius pada tahun 1984, pada seri yang ke-7 ini Aquarius mengemas 15 buah lagu yang terpilih, album yang masih direkam diatas pita MaxellUD ini diharapkan mampu meneruskan kesuksesan album-album seri sebelumnya.

Album ini mencantumkan lagu-lagu andalannya pada sampul kasetnya yaitu Stay The Night (Chicago), Tell Me I'm Not Dreamin' (Michael & Jermaine Jackson), Stay (Dan Byrd), You're Gonna Like It (The President). Lagu-lagu tersebut sudah banyak yang dikenal oleh para pencinta lagu jadul tanah air bahkan diataranya berhasil menembus deretan atas pada Adult Contemporary Charts manca negara.

Lagu pembuka sekaligus lagu andalan pada kaset ini adalah Stay The Night yang dibawakan secara apik oleh grup band Chicago, grup band asal Amerika ini juga telah meluncurkan beberapa lagu single yang mencapai hits dunia yakni Hard Habit to Break dan You're The Inspiration pada tahun yang sama.
