Sweet Heavy Slow adalah album kaset besutan Kings Records pada tahun 1982,  agak repot juga untuk menunjuk mana lagu yang termasuk musik jenis sweet heavy slow ini, beda2 tipis dengan jenis musik slow yang lain, atau sebut saja musik slow yang berat dan manis? grup musik yang tampil disini mencerminkan bahwa ini bukan sembarang musik slow, grup band Rainbow, Queen, Chicago, Scorpions adalah grup musik kelas berat.

Album ini mengemas 16 lagu terpilih yang disajikan selama satu jam, beberapa lagu sudah sangat nempel dihati para penikmat lagu jadul yaitu Jealousy (Frankie Miller), Life Is Real (Song For Lennon) - (Queen), Hard To Say I'm Sorry (Chicago), When The Smokes Is Going Down (Scorpions)

Dua grup band rock asal Kanada yaitu Prism dan Trooper masing-masing menyumbangkan dua lagu andalan mereka, Prism dengan lagu Wings Of Your Love dan lagu yang sering terdapat pada kaset kompilasi, Stay. Sedangkan grup band Trooper membawakan lagu It Comes And It Goes dan Could've Been Me.

Selain itu, terdapat juga lagu-lagu yang sayang untuk dilewatkan yaitu Weatherman (Hank Williams Jr.), Taking The Chance (Air Supply), Tales Of Mystery (The Michael Schenker Group). Secara keseluruhan, lagu-lagu dalam kaset ini menampilkan lagu dengan musik yang mengasyikan, silahkan dilihat tracklist dan salah satu lagunya. Jealousy dari Frankie Miller
