Late Night Jazz 3 (Perina)

Sekarang giliran Jazzy, namun lagu-lagu dalam kaset ini bukanlah musik Jazz yang 'njelimet' malah  cendrung melow, sangat cocok didengarkan sebelum tidur maka itulah kaset ini diberi judul "Late Night Jazz 3". Kaset yang dirilis pada awal tahun 80 ini diproduksi oleh Perina dan direkam diatas pita BASF yang didalamnya terdapat 14 buah lagu Jazz yang Sentimentil.

Desain cover kaset yang dibuat oleh Cipto ini cukup artistik menurut saya, dan sebagai daya pikat untuk memiliki kaset ini maka ditempelkan pula lagu yang menjadi gacoan dalam kaset ini yaitu lagu: Stuck On You (Selena Jones), Childreen Of Ghetto (Philip Bailey & Phil Collins), Here's To Love (Roberta Flack), Missing You (Diana Ross).

Lagu-lagu andalan tersebut memang cukup berbobot untuk mengangkat reputasi kaset ini, terutama menurut saya adalah lagu yang dibawakan secara duet oleh Philip Bailey & Phil Collins dengan lagu yang berjudul "Childreen Of Ghetto", lagu ini terdapat dalam album Chinese Wall milik Philip Bailey dan pernah mendapat nominasi Grammy Award untuk kategori: Best R&B Vocal Performance, Male.

Selena Jones, seorang penyanyi Jazz wanita kenamaan asal Amerika diletakkan sebagai pembuka album ini dengan lagu yang pernah dipopulerkan juga oleh Lionel Richie yaitu berjudul "Stuck On You" namun dengan nuansa Jazz yang menawan.

Selain itu, disini terdapat juga lagu-lagu lain yang sangat bagus, diantaranya adalah: Don't Blame It On Love (Shakatak), Suddenly (Billy Ocean), Hold Me (Teddy Pandegrass & Whitney Houston). Lebih baik langsung saja kita nikmati lagu-lagunya dengan melihat pada daftar dibawah ini, dan untuk menyicipi silahkan simak video dari Philip Bailey.
