Country 13 (Perina)

Walaupun saya tidak banyak mengkoleksi album kaset musik Country, namun saya yakin bahwa banyak perusahaan rekaman di Indonesia yang memproduksi kaset jenis ini, karena banyak penggemarnya yang fanatik terhadap musik yang identik dengan koboi ini, buktinya adalah kaset yang berjudul "Country 13" ini, kaset yang diproduksi oleh Perina pada tahun 1985 ini adalah seri yang ke-13 dari entah berapa yang telah dirilis oleh Perina, yang jelas sangat banyak serinya.

Demi untuk memuaskan penggemarnya maka kaset ini dijejali dengan 19 buah lagu, cukup banyak bukan? Dan mereka juga mencantumkan lagu-lagu yang dianggap sebagai Best-cut nya yaitu: Country Boy (Rick Skaggs), Natural High (Marle Haggard), Big Train (John Fogerty), Step That Step (Sawyer Brown), Still On The Roll (Moe Bandy & Joe Stampley), Love Is What We Make It (Kenny Rogers)

Coba perhatikan apakah lagu-lagu Best cut tersebut diatas ada yang pernah menjadi lagu favorit teman2 sekalian, jika tidak ada maka jangan khawatir karena masih ada lagu-lagu lain yang sebenarnya pantas juga menyandang gelar best cut seperti: Don't Make Me Wait On The Moon (Shelly West), Twentieth Century Fool (Kenny Rogers) dan There's No Way (Alabama)

Banyak musisi-musisi Country yang sudah beken berkeliaran dalam kaset ini dengan membawa lagu-lagu andalannya seperti:  Kenny Rogers, Alabama, Dolly Parton, Willie Nelson & Julio Iglesias, John Fogerty. Disini juga ada beberapa penyanyi yang telah berbaik hati menyumbangkan dua buah lagunya sekaligus diantaranya adalah Kenny Rogers, Ben Steneker, dan Marle Haggard.
